Our unique keyless start uses a virtual key stored in the app which will be active at all times during your rental period and then deletes once the hire has been completed.

Collecting a Zippy Car or Van

When the time comes for your booking to take place arrive to the vehicle with the location provided login to your account / app and follow the simple collection process to start your rental

Additional Information

PCN - Penalty Charge Notices

We class penalty charge notices as anything from any type of contravention through to a speeding ticket. The hirer will be liable for any PCN received within the duration of the rental period. Any PCN received will be transferred to the driver and carries an additional £25 administration fee
